Your Perfect Shooter

This article goes over everything you need to know about the best hunting rifle to pick out for yourself or another person. You may be brand new to the sport or just an onlooker that has not started yet, so many people now are getting into the sport of hunting more that ever. I can not blame them the those numbers, after all we now have the most magazines, retail stores, online stores and even a TV show on hunting, outdoors and guns! So I can see the demand for more information and this type of article to help you guys with these buying decisions. Then of course there is the older veteran of an experienced and advanced hunting and outdoorsman. They may be able to get a tid-bit of information from this article as well as an agreement or rebuttal about their own favorite hunting rifle. It is quite easy to say which is the better gun when there is a price difference because you get what you pay for. This principle is of course the way in which more products work, the bigger the price tag the better it is and these hunting rifles are no exception. But when there are 15 and they are the same price you have to ask yourself which is the best one, right? It can be more of an opinion, as it is not an easy job but I will attempt to do just that in this article.

The best gun by and far is the Remington Model 798. I fell in love with this gun when I first tested it out. The precision and performance is at 110% when the workmanship just a tad behind and about 95%.  That makes the overall value per price astonishing. Oh and I haven’t even told you the price yet! That is one of the best things about this gun and why the value per price is so dang great! The price is only around $650! Now most guns are around a grand so this is seriously a steal of a deal, cat in the hat and that’s that! Remington has a great name for it self. If not the best and most icon name there is when it comes to rifles. The cartridge is .30/06 with a smallest grouping of .880 and a trigger pull of 7 pounds 10 ounces. Great all around gun and is bolt-action as well. It has won many awards though the years and this brand of gun is featured everywhere including famous movies which is why is it such a American classic, but most importantly it has excellent performance and does an over the top job for when you need it to. This is one of my favorite guns in my quiver and it can be yours too!

Great so now you are well on your way to the best hunting gun out there and what a great gun to get if this is your first time owning one. But there is still one very important thing you must know before ever thinking about owning a firearm. First never point it at any one or anything important like propane tanks, metal objects that could bounce the bullet back at you or anything else explosive. Then, always have the safety one if it has one at all times when not in use. After that, make sure the magazine is always out of the gun and the chamber as well when not in use. This will prevent any accidents from happening and will help to never put yourself or anyone else around you in danger. In addition, always keep your finger off the trigger only except for when you are about to pull the trigger and keep the gun unloaded when in rest. Finally, know what is behind your target because many accidents can happen that way.
